Please contact us at least 4 days before your planned stay if you wish to cancel or change your reservation.
If you cancel or change the date after that date, a cancellation fee will be charged. The cancellation fee is as follows:

• If you don't have any plans for sightseeing, our staff will use all their knowledge to guide you, so please feel free to ask us anything you don't understand.
• Meals are not included in the accommodation plan. Guests staying at the hotel can enjoy a discounted price (20% off) when dining at the attached Genghis Khan restaurant "Sakura Komachi" (from 18:00).
• The bath, toilet and washbasin are shared. If you wish, we can introduce you to nearby public baths.
• All rooms are non-smoking. Please smoke in the designated smoking area.
• Bedding is provided in Western-style rooms with beds, while in Japanese-style rooms with futons.
• You can use the refrigerator, gas stove, and washing machine (100 yen per use). Please be sure to inform a staff member when using the washing machine.
• There are no washer/dryer machines, so please dry your laundry indoors. (For Western-style rooms, please use the balcony.)
